Upon your return to Baan Phulay Luxury Beachfront Villas, you may redeem your Gift Voucher for FREE in-villa Chef Service for lunch and dinner on your next stay.

Reduced Occupancy

It is possible to get a discount on the exclusive rental of the Baan Phulay for a Reduced Occupancy if you book only 2 or 3 bedrooms:

-Discount of 25% for 3 bedrooms, 6 sleeps (not applicable in Peak Season)

-Discount of 35/40% for 2 bedrooms, 4 sleeps (not applicable in High and Peak Season)

The rental of the villa at reduced occupancy is on Exclusive use of whole property with all its services and equipments.
During the rental period the property will not be shared with other guests.
